- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
- Facilitate, execute and service your mutual fund transactions through Asset Management Companies and their registrars;
- Operate, maintain, improve and secure our Site and services;
- Communicate updates, services and educational content (only where you have opted in);
- Comply with our legal, regulatory, KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as necessary and as described below:
- Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs such as CAMS and KFin Technologies), KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) and Depositories: to process, execute and maintain your mutual fund investments.
- Service providers: trusted third parties who help us operate the Site and our business, under confidentiality obligations.
- Regulators and authorities: SEBI, AMFI, and statutory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities where required by law, regulation, or to meet KYC/AML obligations.
- Legal protection: where disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property or safety of any person.

- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- Raise a grievance regarding the processing of your personal data (see Section 8).
